Before returning goods
Please contact us first with the order reference, product SKU or MPN, quantity affected, description of the issue and clear photos or test evidence. Do not send goods back before receiving written return instructions.
Inspection
A returned item may be inspected against the agreed specification and order records before a replacement, credit or other remedy is confirmed.
Custom products
Customized products may be subject to different return conditions because they are produced to an agreed specification. The applicable terms must be confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.
